* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the
following county and independent city, Saint Louis and Saint Louis
City.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 435 AM CDT, Rain was ending across the metro area. Most of
the small stream gauges that recorded minor flooding are
showing falling water levels. With the rain coming to an end,
high water on small streams and creeks will be receding.
Continue to obey all road closure signs and do not drive into
areas where water covers the roadway. Be especially cautious
of low water crossings.

University City, Ballwin, Kirkwood, Maryland Heights, East
St. Louis, Hazelwood, Webster Groves, Ferguson, Arnold,
Manchester, Creve Coeur, Overland, Clayton, Cahokia and
Jennings.
